Painless and perfect!
I called Victor, and described the piece of glass I wanted to put on top of a wooden desk. He quoted $340, offered to come by for (unnecessary) measurements, guided me through specifying 60" by 30" quarter-inch safety glass, I paypal'ed a $120 deposit, he ordered it, and his guy delivered it gently a week later.

Víctor was really quick to respond.My window glass had shattered. He took the window frame back to his work van and within minutes had the glass installed and put back on my wall.
